If you are a customer who has already been given a quote and have been directed here to book, please fill out the agreement below to proceed with booking. The deposit can be paid through the VENMO or PayPal links below. your spot is not held until we receive the agreement and deposit*
Terms and Conditions
--Deposit is due at the time of booking.
--Payment is due in full At your event. We do not accept balance payments after the event. Please have payment ready in cash, or through Venmo or Paypal.
--Date/time is held when you book and other jobs are turned down, so fees will apply if you cancel or postpone. Please refer to our cancellation and postponement policies on the "Booking Info" page.
-- Refunds are not given due to inclement weather.
Liability Waiver:
**Fancy Face Creations, its artists, assistants, partners, and venues/locations in which the events are held are not responsible for exposure to or transmission of any illness or virus regardless of the person's participation in our services or interaction with our artists. Fancy Face Creations and the aforementioned parties are not liable for damages, injury, infection, reactions, viruses, contagions, or long term conditions resulting from any equipment used by the artist(s) or by products used, including but not limited to balloons, face paints, inks, glitters, adhesives, powders, henna, gems, beads, temporary tattoos, latex, wipes, or cleaning/sanitizing solutions. Adults, parents or guardians, and party/Event organizers recognize that there may be risks involved with our event services and understand that by booking or utilizing our services, you are releasing Fancy Face Creations and the aforementioned parties from any liability.
